Purchase Options for HiTrack

Our primary goal is to help you to meet the challenge of EHDI patient information and data management. We are pleased to provide HiTrack to you at the lowest possible price. To respond to the needs of all hospital programs, regardless of size or budgetary practices, NCHAM has developed two different purchase options for programs in the United States. Choose the option that best suits your setting. International users should email us for pricing options.

1. Option 1: Annual License Agreement Hospitals sign an annual license agreement for use of the software. The cost is per baby estimated to be born during the license period. The payment schedule can be arranged quarterly, biannually, or annually. 2. Option 2: Statewide Systems States can set up a statewide early hearing detection and intervention (EHDI) system with the state version of HiTrack and individual copies of HiTrack for all hospitals in the state. Special prices are available to make state wide use affordable. To ensure the success of the program, the unique needs of each state are used to develop a pricing and implementation plan that ensures success.
